Osouji
September 12th, 2025
“Osouji” is a Japanese term that refers to a big cleaning activity, traditionally done at the end of the year in Japan. It’s more than just a physical cleanup — it reflects a mindset of clearing out negativity, restoring order, and refreshing one’s environment. At BRANZ Mega Kuningan, this philosophy is adopted as a community-wide activity to foster cleanliness, cooperation, and shared responsibility.
This Osouji initiative is led by Tokyu Property Management Indonesia (TPMI), in collaboration with Tokyu Land Indonesia (TLID), and Tokyu Community (TC). The event involves not just building management and staff and members of the surrounding community.
