PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (chief engineering)

Job descriptions

1. Respond to and complete tenant requests regarding engineer activities based on quality service and in a timely manner
2. Doing fit-out checklist
3. Handle preventive maintenance tasks on physical structure, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
4. Monitor quality assurance activity within the handover process
5. Manage and develop team

Requirements

1. Maximum age of 47 years
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Required Skill(s): mechanical, engineering, plumbing, construction, quality control, property management
6. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
7. Have experience as Chief Engineering in an office tower and apartment
8. Good leadership and team player
9. High Integrity
10. Computer literature
