Tokyu Community Corp. announced the establishment of Tokyu Community Technology Training Center “NOTIA” as a place for human resource development in Tokyo, Japan, which was fully operational in May 2019. Through employees’ technical skills and proposal skills, Tokyu Community Corp. intends to enhance our capabilities for the improvement of the asset value of their customers’ condominiums and buildings.
